Development Funding

We lend to experienced developers on projects that have full planning permission already granted. The borrower will need to evidence their experience by detailing their previous projects.

We consider overall funding proposals up to a maximum of 65% of Gross Development Value (GDV) structured as follows:-

Up to 65% of site purchase price and thereafter up to 100% of build costs  – subject to satisfactory build progress and updated valuation(s)
