Development Funding

Flexible Funding can also offer funding to experienced developers. We will only lend on projects that have full planning already agreed. Borrower will need to demonstrate their experience by giving examples of previous builds.

We can lend up to 65% of the end GDV (up to 100% subject to borrower offering additional security)
